  • Strategically lead the data engineering team, providing technical direction, expertise, training and mentoring.
  • Implement new technologies and control the engineering budget (Azure, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric) to perform ETL/ELT across the global operations of Navitas, supporting the reporting model and AI pipelines.
